We want you and your property to be safe. ✦No pets ✦No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime, anywhere on the property. ✦No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, and the like. ✦Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation or any unapproved visitors. ✦No illegal substances of any kind. ✦No loud music or disturbances, especially no loud noise past 10:00p.m. ✦We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. We also ask that if you open it, please close it; if you borrow it, please return it; if you turn it on and are done using it, please turn it off; if you break it, we ask that you pay for/fix it; if you use it, we trust you’ll take care of it; if you make a mess for any reason, please clean it up; if you move something and are done, please put it back. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, illnesses, or injuries that occur on premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. FEES: ✦Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 charge. ✦Smoking and vaping of any kind will result in a $300 charge. ✦Any illegal substance use will also result in a $300 charge and eviction. ✦Unapproved late-checkout is an additional $100 fee for every 30 minutes after 10:00am. If you need a late checkout, just let us know and we'll try to accommodate. ✦A fee of $50 per night, per person will be charged for each guest who was not included in the reservation. ✦Early Arrival and Late Checkout fee - $25 You must also acknowledge ✦Any other lost or missing items, or damage to the property, will result in a $250 charge.

You'll have full access to the apartment, which is stocked with a washer and dryer and a full kitchen equipped with everything you'll need to cook during your stay. Note: The apartment is on the main floor, first door on the left.
